It's time to learn how to control your diabetes. Cornell Cooperative Extension of Suffolk County in collaboration with the Suffolk County Department of Health Services is offering a FREE four week series of Diabetes Self-Management classes at the South Brookhaven Family Health Center-West at 365 East Main Street in Patchogue on Thursdays, March 1 through March 22 from 5:30pm-7:30pm.
