Nuisance Wildlife Management & Design Strategies for the Ornamental Landscape

Deer, ticks, rabbits, voles, woodchucks, and many other critters are part of our ornamental landscape whether we like it or not. This workshop will inform you of design and landscape management tactics to keep the critters at bay and your plants thriving and blooming.

LA Credits: This program offers 5.5 hours* of NYSED continuing education credit hours under the subjects of horticulture and sustainable site design. *AM Session: 3 hours toward HSW Courses of Learning. PM Session: 2.5 hours toward Educational Activities.

ISA Arborist: 4.5 credits

CNLP: 5.5 credits

NYS DEC Pesticide Recertification Credits: Pending

Attendees interested in earning CEUs are required to sign an attendance sheet either before the start of each session or at the end. Sign-in sheets for LA and pesticide recert. credits will be removed after the welcome and introductory remarks. A certificate of attendance is given at the end of each session. If the sign-in sheet has been removed, you will not be given a certificate of attendance.
