Go Lean with Protein (Adults)

Participants will learn how much protein they actually need in their diets, and both animal and plant sources will be discussed. Most of us get more than we need so participants will learn about proper protein portion size and many ways to incorporate healthy, lean protein into their diets. A tasty, interesting quinoa salad will be served.
