Food Preservation Home Canning Workshop

CCE is offering a workshop on home canning for beginners. This workshop will be focused on boiling water bath canning following approved recipes and outline basic canning safety.

Join us to learn how to safely preserve the harvest!

This is a “hands-on” class. Participants will prepare and preserve their own jam or jelly to take home.

Materials are included.

This class is presented in Spanish.
