Mindfulness practices are proven to be effective in both reducing the experience of stress and increasing your sense of wellbeing. During this program we will talk about mindfulness, how it can help, and how and why stress affects us. You will experience mindfulness practices that can help you stress less and learn how to take control of your wellness.
