Climb Out of the Darkness

Climbing out of the Dark is a community event for those looking for ways to spread awareness about the challenges of parenthood so families can feel less alone. Parenthood was not meant to be done in isolation but was meant to be done in community. 

At this event, we want to raise awareness, provide resources, and bring those impacted by perinatal mood and anxiety disorders together in support of one another. You are welcome - alone, with a partner, with your kids, with anyone who loves and supports you. 

This is a judgment-free zone where you can have fun, get some information, and connect with others!! CCE-Suffolk Community Education educators will be there to offer support and provide parenting tips and resources (including giveaways).
