Peach Cinnamon Crisp
- 4 peaches (4 cups sliced)
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 3/4 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Preheat oven to 375°
- Slice peaches
- Melt margarine
- In small bowl, combine all ingredients except peaches. Stir until well blended.
- Place peaches in 9-inch baking pan and spread oat mixture on top.
- Bake 20 minutes.
Makes: 6 servings
