Robert K. Sweeney Summer Fun Days

A Recreational Program for Children with Diabetes

The Robert K. Sweeney Summer Fun Days Camp offers children with diabetes extensive individual interaction with health care professionals in a friendly, compassionate environment. There is participation in selected Cornell Farm Education Courses and specially developed diabetes education programs presented by health care professionals.

Children always make new friends by meeting other children with diabetes in a fun, non-clinical atmosphere.

Held at the Suffolk County Farm and Education Center in Yaphank, NY.

July 9-13, 2012 or July 16-20, 2012  •  9:00 am - 2:00 pm

For Children Ages 5-10  •  $225 per child per week
