Drop Off & Pick Up

Overnight Camp: Overnight campers will be emailed their drop off and pick up times the week prior to their camp session. Drop off times will be assigned in increments ranging from 1:30pm to 4:30pm on Sunday. If you are dropping off multiple campers please come to the latest time you receive.

Pick-up times will be assigned in increments ranging from 9:00am to 10:30am on Saturday.
If you are picking up multiple campers please come to the earliest time you receive.

If you need to drop your camper off later than 4:30pm on Sunday, or pick your child up earlier than 9:00am on Saturday morning, please contact the camp office one week prior to the start of your camper's session: 631-852-8629. Earlier drop offs cannot be accommodated.

Parents/Guardians and any other family members accompanying the camper will not be able to enter the camp for health and safety reasons. All arrivals and departures will take place at the second entrance to camp.Family members may help the camper unload luggage and bring it just inside the gate. Camp staff will assist campers with bringing personal belongings to the cabin and settling in. Bathroom facilities will not be available.

Day Camp: Day campers may be dropped off between 8:35am and 8:55am. Pick-up is between 4:45 pm and 5:15 pm. Earlier drop offs and later pick-ups cannot be accommodated. We ask that you do not pick your child up earlier than 5:00pm because it disrupts the camp schedule. However, if special circumstances require an earlier pick up time, please arrange it with the camp office in advance 631-852-8629. Please note parents/guardians will not be permitted to exit their vehicles at drop off or pick up. Campers will be subject to a daily health screen. 

All campers are only permitted to be picked up by family & friends listed as authorized pick-ups in their Peconic Dunes account. To add an authorized pick-up, login to your Peconic Dunes account, scroll down to the authorized pick-ups heading and click add/edit. Be prepared to show appropriate identification.
