 	A recreational program for children ages 5-12 with diabetes, that provides a chance to meet other children with diabetes in a fun, non-clinical atmosphere.

 Participation in selected Cornell Farm Education Courses.	
 Specially developed diabetes education programs presented by health care professionals.	
 Extensive individual interaction with health care professionals in a friendly, compassionate environment.
 	Sweeney Diabetes Camp 2023 Updates
 	Long time camp director, Mike Tisdell, has announced his retirement from Sweeney Diabetes Camp. We thank him for his commitment to this camp for over 20 years.
 	Please join us in welcoming our new Sweeney Diabetes Camp Co-Directors, Linda Abate, Melissa Joles and Sue Tavella! Linda, Melissa and Sue have worked beside Mike for over two decades to help run Sweeney Diabetes Camp and ensure a fun and safe environment for all campers.
 	Registration for Sweeney Diabetes Camp will be open on Monday, February 6 at 9 am. You will need an immunization record and medical form completed in order to finish registration. Please plan on having these readily available at the time registration opens to ensure your spot.
