Just how much is too much? Do we need some for our health? These are some of the common questions we will discuss in our lesson about sugar sweetened beverages. Join us for this important workshop about sugar, as we discuss the daily limit of sugar intake and the role that it plays in our body.
Participants will learn tips on how to prepare popular convenience foods at home, discuss the difference between healthy and unhealthy fats, and learn how to make healthy recipe swaps.
Participants will learn about the benefits of selecting lower sodium foods and how to enhance the taste of healthy low sodium recipes.
