FREE Nutrition Workshops with a CCE Suffolk Nutrition Educator. Join us and you can receive up to a total of $280 for free vegetables and fruits. You will receive $20 for each of the 14 workshops you participate in. Workshops will be available in English and Spanish.

Tips to recognize how much to eat so you can control your portion size and still be satisfied.

Meet at Gala Food Market and learn best strategies for healthy shopping.
