DESCRIPTION:Gardening Impact on Ecosystems 	Our proximity to bodies of water including the Long Island Sound presents an opportunity to make wise choices about how we garden, enrich soil and maintain water quality.COASTAL GARDENING is a multi-week-course of in-person sessions as well as online recorded speakers representing local, regional and federal organizations. Topics explore native plants, rain gardens, watersheds, storm water management, lawn alternatives and soil amendments.  Field trips are included.
