Job Description Summary:
Under the
direction of the HR Director, this position works to provide quality telephone
reception service and serves as a member of the association support staff team
that provides clerical/administrative support to the overall association
and educators as needed.
Responsibilities include diversified duties
including receiving and greeting customers/clientele and providing basic
information on programs and events, answering the telephone daily, directing
calls to appropriate staff, and providing overall customer service for the
Association. Oversees the Riverhead vehicle fleet maintenance/service,
coordinates staff defensive driving classes, and assists community service
workers.

POSITION DETAILS:
Salary: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Non-Exempt (24 hours per week)
Date Position Available: Immediate vacancy
