Suffolk County Farm Camp Program Specialist, Yaphank, NY
Position Summary:
Lead Campers, CITs, and Counselors through specialized activities involving Environmental Science, Animal Science, and Arts and Crafts.Supervise campers and ensure their safety at all times.Assist with day-to-day operations of the Suffolk County Farm and Education Center Camp programs.Directly interact with the camper's parents and guardians.Maintain camp facilities.Promote the development of a community-oriented camp culture that emphasizes empathy, continuous improvement, and high performance.

Salary:Non-exempt $16.03 - $17.00 per hour (based on experience)
Hour:40 hours per week: Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri (8:00am-4:00pm), Wed (8:00am-4:30pm)
Plus one before and after care shift each week
Dates:July 3, 2023 - Aug 25, 2023 – Full Camp season commitment
