Bruce Sander is a retired high school Technology teacher at Deer Park High School. He currently serves as the coach of Deer Park High School’s Dark Falcons Pumpkin Chucking Team!

Mr. Sander has a B.B.A. in Accounting from Dowling College and a M.S. in Elementary and Technology Education from Dowling College/Stony Brook. In addition to his tenure on Cornell Cooperative Extension of Suffolk County’s board of directors, Mr. Sander is President of the Stony Brook Concerned Homeowners, President of the Long Island Federation of Educators and retired president of the Deer Park Teachers' Association after 14 years of service.
