Sweeney Diabetes Camp

A recreational program for children ages 5 - 12 with diabetes, that provides a chance to meet other children with diabetes in a fun, non-clinical atmosphere.

Includes:

  • Participation in selected Cornell Farm Education Courses.
  • Specially developed diabetes education programs presented by health care professionals.
  • Extensive individual interaction with health care professionals in a friendly, compassionate environment.

Opening at limited capacity

Registration will begin on February 7 at 9am

$300 per week
