Sweeney Diabetes Camp 2024 Updates

Registration for Sweeney Diabetes Camp will be open on Monday, February 5 at 9 am. 

You will need an immunization record to register. Please plan on having this readily available at the time registration to ensure your spot. Sweeney Diabetes Camp is open to youth ages 5-11 with Type 1 Diabetes.

Diabetes Camp runs from July 15-19 and July 22-26 from 9am-2pm.

Campers will only be permitted to register for one week.
