Sweeney Diabetes Camp 2025 Updates

We are pleased to announce that registration for the Sweeney Diabetes Camp will open on Monday, February 3 at 9 am.

This camp offers children with Type 1 Diabetes the opportunity to connect with peers, explore the farm, and engage in a variety of activities. Our campers are supervised by a dedicated team of nurses, doctors, and experienced counselors, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.

Dates: August 18-22, 9 am-2 pm
Location: Pole Barn, Suffolk County Farm and Education Center
Ages: 5-11 years

Camp tuition for 2026 is $375 per week, with an early bird rate of $350. Thanks to a generous donation from the Suffolk County Lions Diabetes Education Foundation, each camper will receive an additional $50 discount. This brings the total cost to just $325 per week, or $300 with the early bird discount. We’re grateful for this support, which helps make camp more affordable for families.
