We invite you to get involved with Cornell Cooperative Extension of Suffolk County’s Scouts for the Bays initiative! Our educational programming offers scouts unique opportunities to learn about, and get involved with, the marine science-based research, restoration and stewardship efforts of CCE’s Marine Program, all while earning badges in a hands-on setting at our waterfront Marine Environmental Learning Center in Southold or Tiana Bayside Facility in Hampton Bays. Programs are offered for scouts of all ages!

Programs booked on site also include a tour of our newly renovated learning centers and touch tank room with live animal exhibits! If traveling is a concern, some programs can be booked for your troop’s regular meeting time and location. All programs can be modified to meet badge requirements!

For more information or to schedule a program, please contact Marisa Bottari at mb2629@cornell.edu or (631) 852-8660 ext. 39
