Join us for a blueberry production and hands-on demonstration of blueberry pruning. We will provide an overview of blueberry establishment and care, review common insect pests, and focus on pruning techniques to get the most abundant blueberry harvests year after year. We will demonstrate how to prune, and then give you the opportunity to practice. Wear farm appropriate clothes. The hands-on pruning will be outside so closed-toed shoes and weather-appropriate clothing are important. Bring pruning shears and hand pruners if you have them.
