Patience and Self-Control

Having patience helps parents cope with daily problems and annoyances in a calm, rational manner
so they don’t act impulsively. Patience is more than a virtue, it is a necessity when raising children
but not every parent has enough patience and almost every parent runs out of it at some point. This
workshop will look at how you can increase your patience and have more self-control.
