This program for professionals will discuss the critical role sleep plays in overall well-being for both children and adults. Sleep impacts physical, mental, and emotional health as well as behavior and decision making. During this program, sleep recommendations by age will be reviewed and suggestions for creating a healthy sleep environment will be provided.
