Nutrition Workshops with a CCE Suffolk Nutrition Educator. Join us and you can receive up to a total of $160 for free vegetables and fruits. You will receive $20 for each of the 10 workshops you participate in. In person workshops will be available in English and Spanish.

Learn practical ways to incorporate physical activity into your day.

Nov. 18- FVRx Dental Nutrition
What you eat can effect your teeth and mouth. Learn about the connection between nutrition and dental health.
Nov. 25- Navigating Holidays
Strategies to encourage healthy choices during the holiday season.
Dec. 2- Review Celebration and Food Safety
