Join us for parenting and nutrition programs for parents with young children. These programs are free; however, pre-registration is required. All programs will be approximately 1 hour.

Baby’s first year

From birth through to their first birthday, babies experience a tremendous amount of growth and development. Learn what you can expect in the first year of your baby’s life and how you can best support your baby’s healthy development.

Postpartum Nutrition and Breastfeeding

The first year after birth is a very important time to nourish both mother and baby. This workshop, led by a CCE Suffolk Nutritionist and Certified Lactation Consultant, will cover specific nutrients to focus on, building nourishing meals and snacks for mother (or the birthing parent) as well as breastfeeding basics. This class is great for expecting parents or parents in the postpartum stage.
