ENJOY THIS YEAR'S HARVEST, canning is a way to retain the taste of your gardening labor or the bounty from your favorite farm stand. The process is not difficult. So, come learn the basics and/or brush up on the science-backed and researched method of Food Preservation while having fun and saving your summer in a jar!
Crushed Tomatoes, ideal for sauce, soup and stew recipes
Apple Pie Filling, can also be used for apple turnovers, apple crisp and apple dumplings
Autumn Glory Compote, a great addition to any Thanksgiving table
Please note. No children under the age of 16 are permitted to participate. Bring an apron, hair tie-back and wear closed toe shoes (no sandals or flip-flops). SAFETY FIRST!
