An event to benefit the Suffolk Project in Aquaculture Training (SPAT) program.

Hosted by The Happy Oyster Co. and a special pairing with Peconic Bay Vineyards.

Join us for an afternoon of shellfish and community - a laid back, open-house style afternoon with the HOC, serving only the freshest, local oysters and clams, all you can eat, prepared several different ways. PBV will serve perfectly paired pours of their renowned wines. This event is a celebration of our program's success in 2025 – an afternoon of relaxation, reflection, and a recharge for 2026.

Every gift supports SPAT’s ongoing mission of restoration, education, community outreach, and research initiatives. Your generous support makes a difference. Deepen your impact by adding an additional contribution of any amount to further strengthen the SPAT program’s efforts.

A portion of the afternoon's proceeds will be dedicated to a special spring 2026 seed planting. The remaining funds will support SPAT’s work as we grow into the future, ensuring our citizen science aquaculture program continues to thrive for years to come. Our vision will secure additional annexes, continue to build awareness and relationships, and increase the health of our local waters.
