Join us for an afternoon of shellfish and community - a laid back, open-house style afternoon with the HOC, serving only the freshest, local oysters, all you can eat, prepared several different ways, accompanied by perfectly paired pours of local wine.This event is a celebration of our program's success in 2026 – an afternoon of relaxation, reflection, and a recharge for 2027.
