Early Childhood Programs

Join us for fun on the farm! Explore our farm with hands-on-activities, stories, songs and a wagon ride (weather permitting) and visit the animals. Each session has been designed to accentuate the child/caregiver learning experience. 

We will be outside as much as possible, indoor space will be used if necessary. Dress for the weather!

Registration is required. All paperwork must be filled out and returned at the first class of the session. Classes are limited to 15 children and one Parent/Caregiver per child.

  • $20 per child, per class. Must register for a minimum of 4 classes.
  • Children must be within age range of class to register
  • Siblings over 12 months, $10. Siblings under 12 months, free.
  • Registration is required. Online Registration
  • Payments with VISA/ Mastercard only
  • Classes cannot be cancelled/refunded once session has begun. Class changes only when available.

Week #1: 3/30-4/3. Hop to it- Who is Cute and Fuzzy with long ears and big feet?

Week #2: 4/13-4/17 Dig Plant Grow!-Learn how plants grow and plant a your own seeds for home.

Week# 3 :4/20-4/24 When the Cows Come Home-  Visit our cows where they live on the farm.

Week# 4: 4/27-5/1 – Pony Express: Saddle up and take a ride

Week #5: 5/4-5/8- Look Who’s Hatching: See who’s hatching from our eggs.

Week # 6: 5/11-5/15 Mommies on the Farm: Meet the new babies on the farm and their Moms

Week #7: 5/18-5/22 (no class on 5/22)- Senses Adventure: Use our 5 senses to explore the farm.

Week #8: 5/25-5/29 ( No Class 5/25)- Teddy Bear Picnic: Bring along your favorite stuffed friend to share a snack on the farm.

Week #9: 6/1-6/5- Farm Machines: Get up close to the big machines that work on the farm

Week #10: 6/8-6/12- Puddle Jumping: Come Prepared for some messy fun

Classes run from 10-11:30

1/31- Groundhogs- Hide and Seek- Search the farm for clues to where all the groundhogs have gone this winter, and will they be back?

2/28- Caring for our Animal Friends- Farm animals aren’t all cared for in the same way. Come and help care for some of the animals and see what makes them all unique.

3/21- Dinosaur Day- Learn about Dinosaurs and see if we can find any hidden on the farm

418- It’s Spring- Come and see what and who is new on the farm this Spring

5/16- "From seed to bee" - Tiny seeds to busy bees, children will explore how plants grow and how pollinators help flowers bloom.

For children ages 2-5, with out-of-age-range siblings permitted

Class is $30 per child/caregiver and $10 for each additional participant
