Rosanne Giambalvo is an attorney and business executive with over 30 years of professional experience spanning financial services and corporate compliance. She spent 20 years in financial services as an Executive Director at Oppenheimer and Co., Inc., where she represented institutional clients in the equity marketplace. She routinely advised mutual fund and hedge fund clients on trading strategy, technical analysis, and market fluctuations to obtain optimal trade executions.

As an attorney specializing in corporate compliance and risk management, Rosanne has operationalized compliance solutions at major corporations including Sikorsky, Lockheed Martin, Ankura Consulting, and Amazon, where she led the build out of the Global Export Compliance Risk Management business pillar. Her expertise includes designing and implementing policies and procedures, process enhancements, and risk mitigation methodologies, with extensive experience delivering regulatory compliance training to multinational clients.

Rosanne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston College and a Juris Doctor from New York Law School, where she served on the Journal of International and Comparative Law. She is a member of the New York State Bar. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Rosanne has delivered English language instruction to children in Chennai, India through Global Volunteers and is a member of 100 Women+ Who Care, South Palm Beach Chapter.
