The following list of contractors below all participate in PSEG Long Island’s Home Performance program, which provides free home energy assessments and can rebate associated PSEG home weatherization investments. If income eligible, we strongly advise residents to choose a contractor for their home energy assessment that participates in both PSEGLI Home Performance and NYSERDA Empower+. If your household is interested in converting to air source heat pumps to replace your fossil-fuel based heating system, we also recommend choosing a contractor who participates in the PSEGLI Home Comfort program. Lists is up-to-date as of 8/12/25.
