NYSERDA’s On-the-Job Training (OJT) program for energy efficiency and clean technology businesses may be able to help you find skilled job candidates and reduce the financial risk of hiring and training new workers. Funding is available for a wide variety of positions and industries, from installers in the HVAC industry to engineers in the field of smart grids.
